My work is about helping you [truly] connect with what matters most… right now.
In a world that’s hyper-connected, it’s amazing how disconnected we are from the things and people who mean the most to us.
Disconnection happens for lots of reasons.
For me, life took some unexpected turns. From being young and in love, to being widowed at 28; from getting my first passport at 29 years old, to traveling to over 50 countries in 12 years (and living in 3); from being scared of heights, to rock climbing and learning to paraglide.
All the changes changed me, created unexpected disconnection, and left me with lots of questions.
What mattered most was different than it was a few years ago.
You know what it’s like. You’ve lived through crazy experiences you never imagined. You’ve been changed in unexpected ways. What matters most to you today is different than what mattered most yesterday.
It’s hard work to stay connected to what matters most. But it’s hard work worth doing.
What matters most changes from day to day, week to week, year to year. It’s not something we find once and for all.
It’s a question to keep asking and keep answering.
What matters most to you right now? Who matters most right now? What’s one way you can connect to that thing or that person who matters most right now?
I look forward to connecting,
